breakfast dish: Poha
Poha for 3 adults.
Ingridients:
1 bowl of poha
1 onion
1 tomato
1/2 cup ground nut
sev
salt
Method: Soak poha and keep it aside.now slice onion,tomato into small piece.take a pan add two teaspoon of oil in it(prefer desi ghee)sim the gas and now add sliced onion , fry it for some time till it gains a little brownish ting.Till then leave the poha in a sieve and let it dry & now add the chopped tomato and add ground nut to it so that it just gets heated and add some salt to taste. now turn off the gas and mix the dried poha.Now put the poha in a bowl and finally put some sev for garnshing at top (some even put in extra amount as it adds crunchyness to your dish). Serve hot.
