You can get access to the services Financial, Non Financial and Value added Services by choosing the respective number.

For non-financial services you can avail:

  • ·         Generate mini-statement           
  • ·         Generate/Change MPIN (An MPIN is a personal code that allows you to access other government applications such as the Past Performance Information Retrieval System. The MPIN acts as your password in these other systems, and you should safeguard it)
  • ·         Find MMID (Mobile Money Identification Number (MMID) is a seven digit number of which the first four digits are the unique identification number of the bank offering IMPS.)
  • ·         Generate OTP at your convenience

*99# also allows to access Financial services as well:
  • ·         Instant money transfer
  • ·         You can now transfer funds using beneficiaries IFSC code and Account number or MMID & Mobile number or Aadhaar number

Apart from these services *99# also provides one value added service which allows the user to check Aadhaar seeding or linking status with the bank. This service can simply be availed by dialing *99*99# from your mobile phone. The story doesn’t end here. You can access your bank menu directly using any bank specific code.
